Friday Social: Let’s talk podcasts/audiobooks
January 22, 2021 at 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Podcasts and audiobooks are excellent ways to learn all sorts of fun stuff, especially when it seems impossible to read one more word or spend another second staring at a screen.
At the social, we will share our favorite podcasts and audiobooks, and discuss how we filter through the endless options and find things that are actually interesting.
Questions of the week:
- When do you listen to your podcasts/audiobooks? (i.e. on walks, doing chores, while relaxing, while driving, etc.)
- If you had to pick one podcast/audiobook to recommend to a friend, what would it be and why?
- What different elements do you look for when selecting a podcast/audiobook? (i.e. what makes it good, which kinds do you find interesting?)
- How do you find new podcasts or audiobooks? (i.e. where do you look, what platform do you use, how did you find out about the podcasts/audiobooks you listen to now?)
