Senior Manager of Corporate Communications, RBC
Andrew McGrath is Manager, Media Relations and Corporate Communications with the Royal Bank of Canada in Toronto. In this role he handles media, public affairs, and strategic communications in RBC’s Personal and Commercial Banking division, with specific focus on Caribbean Banking operations.
Prior to his time in Toronto, Andrew served as Director of Communications and Issues Management to the Minister of Labour and Minister of Status of Women in the government of former Prime Minister Stephen Harper. He also spent time as Director of Communications to the Minister of State for Social Development and Press Secretary to the Minister of Public Safety. Andrew graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2011 with a Joint Honours Bachelor of Social Science in Public Administration and Political Science, and was part of the inaugural MPM cohort.
