Executive Director of the Child Welfare League of Canada
MPM alumna Rachel Gouin is Executive Director of the Child Welfare League of Canada. She was recently Director of Research and Public Policy with Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada, where she significantly increased the visibility of the organization with government and raised millions for child and youth programs. Over the course of her career in the nonprofit sector, she has advocated for the advancement and rights of children, youth, and women in Canada and internationally. Rachel holds a PhD in Education from McGill University for her research on social movement learning.
