Jennifer Veitch

Dr. Jennifer Veitch is a Principal Research Officer in the NRC Construction Research Centre, where she studies the effects of indoor environmental conditions, particularly lighting, on health and behaviour. Her current research concerns the effects of physical conditions in homes on the ability of Canadian seniors to age in place; perceptions of smart home technologies and these technologies’ effects on energy use behaviours; and the effects of temporal light modulation on visual perception and cognitive performance.
