Prof. Robert Shepherd co-edited a Canadian Public Administration issue on reform, contributing three papers, including one with Prof. Evert Lindquist. It also features a paper by PhD candidate Jacky Tweedie.

Prof. Robert Shepherd has co-edited a special issue of Canadian Public Administration that brings together 19 original short papers on administrative reform. He also contributed 3 original papers to the volume including a concluding paper co-authored with Prof. Evert Lindquist (University of Victoria, and Editor of CPA). This special issue puts a spotlight on several questions of reform in the federal context, but more importantly, it raises new ideas for reform pathways at a time when the country is facing a federal election. The issue also features a paper by one of our PhD candidates, Jacky Tweedie.
