Heat pumps are often cited as a key technology to help Canada meet its Greenhouse Gas Emissions reduction targets. Jeremy will discuss why this is and he’ll provide insight into the many ways Natural Resources Canada is working to help heat pumps reach their full potential in the Canadian residential and commercial building sectors.

Jeremy Sager is a Housing Team Project Officer with Natural Resources Canada. His work focuses on assessing the performance of innovative heating, ventilation, air conditioning and renewable energy technologies that reduce the energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions of homes in Canada.
