Noha Rahal

PhD Candidate
Noha Rahal is a PhD graduate in public policy at Carleton University. Her PhD thesis research focused on conditions for enabling big data and advanced analytics within the public sector. She also holds an MA in International Economics and Finance from the Toronto Metropolitan University, and an M.B.A. and B.Comm. from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa.
She is a public servant with the Government of Canada who works as a Acting Director in digital transformation. She is the proud founder and Chair of the Federal Employee Network for Arab Women, that aims to empower and inspire female public servants of Arab descent within the Government of Canada to advance their careers. She is also the Chair of her departmental Racialized Employees Network that aids with advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion goals within the public service. She also serves on her departmental values and ethics group and mental health network..
