The School of Public Policy and Administration is pleased to welcome Mr. Philippe Dufresne, Privacy Commissioner of Canada for a fireside chat regarding the impact of law on policy design as it relates to the Privacy Act and within the context of the federal public service. Commissioner Dufresne will be joined by Sujoy Chatterjee and students from his course (The Impact of Law on Policy) as they discuss key considerations for civil servants who have to apply law in the development of policy.
