Bakhtawar (Bee) Khan is a PhD candidate in the School of public Policy and Administration. Building upon her experience as a policy analyst and striving to contribute to effective government, she is focusing her research on policy capacity in the federal public service.
She is passionate about capacity development, social policy, and university-government partnerships to strengthen the link between research and practice.
