Jacky Tweedie is currently a PhD student of Public Policy. Recently a former Canadian federal public service director, she’s now at Carleton to make sense of that public service career. While in government, she worked primarily on transformation files, with the last several years leading digital transformation files. Prior to the public service career, she was a teacher (also at Carleton). Academically, she has a multi-disciplinary background that is tremendously useful in understanding complex socio-technical systems. Her research focus centers on senior management decision-making behaviour around digital transformation in the Canadian federal public service.
