Nicholas Zulu

Nicholas Zulu is in the School of Public Policy (SPPA) pursuing a doctorate in Public Policy, where he is conducting research to understand the impact of scope of practice laws on the health sector. Nicholas is originally from Zambia where he has worked in the health sector at the local, provincial, and National levels in the Human Resources Management department linking population health needs to health human resources planning. Nicholas’ research experience includes working with the Saskatchewan Health Quality Council (HQC) and the Canadian Center for the Study of Co-operatives.
