Romina Cava is the Student Research Assistant for Towards Carleton@100, working closely with the project management team. She recently completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Finance at Carleton University and is currently a Master of Finance candidate. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she developed a strong interest in strategy and research, particularly through projects examining equity markets and women representation in executive leadership roles.

Her academic and professional interests span investment strategy, organizational strategy and research related to leadership and decision-making. Through both academic research and applied projects, Cava has explored questions related to organizational performance, markets and long-term value creation.

Cava has gained experience in both the private banking sector and government, providing exposure to different organizational environments and approaches to policy, finance and strategic decision-making. These experiences have strengthened her interest in how organizations develop and implement strategies that create meaningful impact.

As Student Research Assistant for the Towards Carleton@100 strategic visioning process, Cava brings a student perspective and an interest in research, strategy and organizational development to support the project management team with its work.
