Institutional Health and Sustainability Working Group

Ensuring long-term viability through resilience and inclusive excellence.

The Institutional Health and Sustainability Working Group will assess and reimagine Carleton’s future as one integrated university and make recommendations that ensure that its resource generation, management and operating models are robust, credible, adaptable and appropriate to sustain its mission; support a healthy working and learning environment; and position the institution for inclusive impact and global prominence far into its second century.

Central Question: What must Carleton change or retain at a system level under changing external expectations of value, access and relevance to ensure that the institution is responsive and sustainable; internally aligned; globally credible, reputable, competitive and prominent; and inclusively consequential in its impact by 2042?
