James Frodsham Scholarship

The James Frodsham Scholarship recognizes exceptional students in Carleton University’s Technology Innovation Management (TIM) program.

Endowed by Ciena, along with family, colleagues, and friends, this scholarship honours James Frodsham’s legacy as a strategic leader known for innovation, professionalism, compassion, and integrity.

Recipients demonstrate excellence not only academically but also through applied innovation, leadership, and community contribution.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be enrolled in TIM graduate program (2nd Term or Upper)
• Maintain minimum GPA of 10.0
• Be in good academic standing

Winter 2026 applications close on Monday February 23rd, 2026.
