Your degree requirements are found below the graphs and details about the specific courses you are required to take to complete your degree.
Under the ‘Summary of Program Requirements’ you will notice a basic summary of your audit. The information here includes:
- The credits you have earned
- Year standing
- Remaining number of credits you need to finish your degree requirements
- Number of credits completed and courses that are needed in a higher course range
- Your overall CGPA is also listed on the top line
Your audit is then broken down into sections such as major, minor, concentration or specialization and electives. This allows you to understand what portions of your degree you have completed and which sections you need to still complete.
- Summary of Degree Requirements
-
This section gives a basic summary of your degree. If you have not met all of your requirements for graduation, you will see ‘AT LEAST ONE REQUIREMENT HAS NOT BEEN SATISFIED.”
This section also shows your overall CGPA, along with how many credits you have earned and how many you still need to graduate.
The IP on the left-hand side indicates that those specific requirements are in progress and you are working towards completing them.
- Major Requirements
-
Each individual section is then divided into major course requirements. This allows you to see what major courses you need to take in upcoming years, as well as the requirements that you have already fulfilled for that section.
The sections that are highlighted in red with an ‘X,’ indicates that the section is not complete. Therefore you will be unable to graduate unless you fulfill those requirements. If it is highlighted in green with a check mark, it indicates that the section has been completed and the requirements have been met.
- Minor/Concentration/Specialization Requirements
-
The audit is also divided into minors, concentration or specialization. This allows you to see what courses you need to take in each section to fulfill those requirements.
If the title of your minor is highlighted in red with an ‘X’, it means you still have not met the requirements of the minor.
- Summary of all Courses
-
At the bottom of the audit, it lists all of the courses that you have taken. It also divides them into the terms which you have taken them.
