Holiday Closure & Drop-In Advising Update

The Academic Advising Centre will be closed after 12:00 p.m. on Monday, December 22.

Drop-in advising will re-open on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 8:30 a.m.

Drop-In Advising Hours (effective January 5, 2026)

Visit us in the Academic Advising Centre located at 302 Tory Building!

We’re open for drop-in advising Monday–Friday:

• 8:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
• 1:00 p.m.–3:30 p.m.

Tip: Wait times are usually shorter in the morning.

Virtual Advising Appointments

Please note that virtual advising appointments will be suspended until Monday, January 19, 2026. This is due to the university closure during the holiday period and the high volume of advising activity at the start of term.

In-person and email advising will continue to be available until noon on Monday, December 22, 2025, when the Academic Advising Centre begins its holiday shutdown. Thank you for your understanding.
