The 2023 Latornell Conservation Symposium one of Ontario’s premier environmental events, will be taking place in-person on October 23-24th at the Royal Botanical Gardens in Burlington, Ontario, and we’re looking for University students from across the province to participate.
This year’s symposium will feature 10 student poster presentations whose work and research aligns to the 2023 theme: Changing Climates, Our Watershed Moment. Students will display their posters during the conference and will have the chance to discuss their projects with experts in the field, gaining insights and making connections.
This is a great opportunity for students to gain public speaking experience, network with leaders in conservation, and have access to conference sessions, workshops and fieldtrips.
