The 2024 Latornell Conservation Symposium, one of Ontario’s premier environmental events, will be taking place in-person on October 7-8th at Paramount Events in Vaughan, Ontario.
This year’s symposium will feature 15 student poster presentations whose work and research aligns to the 2024 theme: The Future of Conservation is Collaborative. Students will display their posters during the conference and will have the chance to discuss their projects with experts in the field, gaining insights and making connections.
This is a great opportunity for students to gain public speaking experience, network with leaders in conservation, and have access to conference sessions, workshops and field trips. Additionally, moderators will be given free registration for the full2-day event.
