L2M Discover, a new program in the Lab2Market, which aims to help students, faculty, and staff understand how to commercialize research and explore entrepreneurial paths. The program will kick off in October 2024.

This will be L2M’s first Discover cohort with an EDIA focus, offering two streams—one for Women-identifying and Non-Binary individuals and another for the BIPOC community. While each stream is open to everyone, including allies, the material will be specifically tailored to address the unique challenges and experiences of each group.

About L2M Discover:

  • Program Overview: An early-stage program focused on raising awareness of entrepreneurial pathways and research commercialization.
  • Audience: Undergraduate/graduate students, faculty, and staff, with a focus on Women-identifying and Non-Binary individuals, as well as the BIPOC community.
  • Format: A free, ten-week webinar series, with one-hour sessions each week covering various topics related to entrepreneurship.
  • Goal: To introduce participants to entrepreneurship and its opportunities.
  • Timing: October – December 2024
