This form must be completed at each Advisory Committee Meeting, which must be held once per year.

This form must be completed 4 weeks before your Qualifying Examination.

Submission of Thesis for Defence

This form must be submitted in advance of your defence; 6 weeks in advance for PhD and 4 weeks for MSc.
