Thank you for bringing the issue of your Upass being declined to the attention of the Campus Card office.  We have been working with our partners at OC Transpo and have found a solution to this issue.  OC Transpo has now provided us with the means to validate your card at our office instead of on OC Transpo buses.  Should this validation process fail, we will immediately print a new card for your immediate use.

If you were not able to have your issue resolved yesterday, September 23, OCTranspo has been able to resolve the system outage.

Our office is open weekdays 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and we are located on the 4th floor of NN.
