  • SUMMER TERM BOOKING

    Please note that Conference Services books the Galleria from May 1st through August 31st, inclusive. The Campus Card Office will not consider booking requests for this date range.
  • Have you contacted and received approval from Risk Management for this event?
  • The primary contact must be available and physically ON SITE for the duration of your event. The primary contact person is ultimately responsible for use of the space.
  • External organizations must be sponsored by an internal department. If you do not have a CUID, you may not book this space.

  • Sections B&C have a total of 6 tables available when booked during our hours of operation.
  • Event Details

    Please provide as much detail as possible to ensure we are able to work together to make your event a success. If you arrive with items or activities that were not approved, it is possible that you will be asked to remove them. If there are changes in plans, avoid disappointment by replying to the booking approval email with any updates at least 3 business days in advance.
  • A brief (1-2 sentence) description of your event. EX: We are tabling to raise awareness for our club's upcoming open mic night.
  • What items will you be displaying? What activities will be happening during your booking?
  • Do you need access to electricity? Will you be bringing additional furniture?
  • Undisclosed food and beverages often cause groups disappointment on the day of their event. Please ensure you have clearly indicated your plan here to allow for proper planning.
  • If you are serving food/beverage, please complete a risk assessment form.

  • Neither commercial prepackaged nor temperature controlled foods are not allowed in the Galleria, unless catered by Dining Services. Therefore, options for self-catering are extremely limited - for example, baked goods.
  • Hidden
    Criteria: Host more than 50 people, Feature a speaker from an external organization, Be held outside office hours (8:30 am - 4:30 pm, M-F), Serve food, beverage, alcohol, Include any activity that holds potential risk to persons or property (throwing objects, sports or physical games, etc.).
  • BOOKING POLICY

    When booking/using Galleria space, you are agreeing to abide by Galleria guidelines. For the updated policy on booking space on campus, please read Booking University Centre Galleria Space. ADVISE IF YOUR BOOKING PLANS CHANGE.
  • You must stay in your designated booking area and are responsible for cleaning up after your event.

    Please advise if your booking plans change.

    Please note that if you do not show up within 30 minutes of your stated start time, we reserve the right to give your table to another group.
