The Campus Card Office is pleased to announce that we now have mobile readers! These readers will allow us to accept the Campus Card anywhere – both on and off campus, indoors and outdoors, over Wi-Fi or 3G.
The system can be used for both payment processing and authenticating student/staff/faculty status. Some ideal uses for this system are:
- One-time events, like fundraisers
- Locations on the move (food trucks, a trade show)
- Attendance at student/staff/faculty only events
Per-Sales Transaction Commission: 3%
