The global connections fellowship is intended to provide financial support for groups of scholars to visit a country they have never visited to establish relationships with universities outside the US.  The grant is meant to elevate, strengthen and make more accessible a global perspective of architectural history.

 Eligibility

  • The research proposal must include a four to six-person team – teams can be of varied academic rank, from different but allied disciplines, and from at least two different institutions
    • Team members ought to be from at least two different institutions; one team member should have local expertise in the intended site of study

Funding Available

  • Each team will receive funding for research and travel, as well as $2,000 per lecture to produce a new survey module to add to the  Global Architectural History Teaching Collaborative library
