Login to MySuccess and click on View in “Todays’ Built in Video Chats’
Next, you will see a listing of your chats and a “Join” button, these will only appear on the day the appointment or interview was scheduled. Click the “Join” button.
You may be prompted to allow the site access to your Camera and Microphone, please click Allow.
This should allow you to join the Appointment / Interview
To share your screen, click on the monitor icon on the right hand corner.
Select the appropriate option and click Share.
When finishing sharing, click the icon for Stop Sharing.
