Troubleshooting Guide for Sources of Discomfort
This troubleshooting guide is not comprehensive. It provides some direction and suggestions for common sources of ergonomic related discomfort. If discomfort persists for a prolonged period, please see your health care practitioner.
If after reviewing or trying some of these suggestions, you are still encountering difficulty, please submit an Ergonomic Assessment Request. Ensure the Ergonomic Pre-Assessment Report is completed and sent to ergo@carleton.ca prior to your assessment. For all other questions please email ergo@carleton.ca.
