Business Continuity Awareness Week is May 16-20, 2022. This year’s theme for Business Continuity Awareness Week is Building Resilience in the Hybrid World. The pandemic transformed the way many organizations like Carleton do business and provide services. Over the last year, the Emergency Management and Continuity of Operations (EMCO) team has been transitioning our Business Continuity program to a hybrid model to meet the needs of our campus community. We have developed a Business Continuity and Resilience Framework, implemented a software solution that provides real-time analytics dashboards for informed decision-making, and we are now beginning to roll out a new training program.
