FED Research Achievement Award
Offered jointly with the Office of the Vice-President (Research and International), this award recognizes outstanding research quality and achievement by faculty members within the Faculty of Engineering and Design.

FED Teaching Excellence Award
This newly established award is presented annually to recognize and celebrate the teaching excellence of full-time faculty members, full-time instructors, and contract instructors within the Faculty of Engineering and Design. Excellence in teaching may be demonstrated in the form of curricular development, formal teaching evaluations, successful innovation in curriculum or classroom instruction, and consistency in teaching excellence over time and across courses.
