K-12 STEM Workshops
Virtual Ventures (operated under the Faculty of Engineering and Design) offers a variety of dynamic school workshops, at low cost (or no cost) to schools. Each Virtual Ventures workshop is between 1.5-3 hours in length, led by two current Carleton university students (in STEM disciplines) and are intended for 20-30 students. These programs have been designed in accordance with the Ontario Ministry of Education curriculum.
Workshops are hands-on, fun, interactive, and have been designed with direct connections to the Ontario curriculum.
These workshops can be delivered at your location (school) or on campus at Carleton University.
