Negotiating is one of the most important skills you could develop to set your career up for success. It can be the make or break conversation between landing that dream job, securing funding for your project, or taking on an exciting new project. It’s the first step to move away from conflict and towards collaboration. Hear from Zuwa Omigie, a Senior Software Engineer at Shopify and Carleton B’Eng grad. Zuwa will share how he landed progressively senior roles throughout his career using effective negotiation skills and answer your burning questions.
