Workshop Day is an in-person event for women students in STEM who want to develop their employability skills for an upcoming co-op/internship/job. Students who attend the event will learn how to brand themselves to potential employers and how to make their resumes stand out from the crowd. This is a hands-on, interactive workshop, and attendees will be asked to bring printed copies of their updated CVs. Unfortunately, we will not have enough outlets to charge laptops and tablets.
Attendees will leave the event with:
- An updated CV,
- Worksheets and key takeaways with all of the information shared, and
- A certificate of Workshop Day completion.
