Master of Engineering: Mechanical Engineering Practice

Engineering Practice is a coursework only, two-year full-time/year-round program, which has been specially designed to provide you with a combination of discipline-specific technical courses and complementary studies tailored towards accelerating your transition into Canada’s engineering job market upon graduation.

Course Structure

Coursework for the Master of Engineering: Mechanical Engineering Practice program is uniquely structured into the following categories:

1. Four Stream-Specific Engineering Courses – 2.0 Credits

2. Three Compulsory Complementary Courses – 1.5 Credits

3. Three Optional Complementary Courses – 1.5 Credits

4. Three Co-op Courses (one 0.25 credits & two 0 credit) – 0.25 Credits

*Applicants must have previously completed an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering to be eligible for admission to the Master of Engineering: Mechanical Engineering Practice.
