Come check out the multitude of support services that exist here on campus and in the Ottawa community during the Wellness Fair! This is an event where students can engage in conversations, collect resources, and participate in activities to support their mental health. The CUSASC team will be there with self-care items, promotional material and we invite you to add words of affirmation and care to our Mirror of Mantras.
