EngFrosh 2025: Heads Team Application

Applications for Heads are now closed! Please note that applications were due on January 22, at 11:59PM. 

Heads are responsible for picking and managing a team of Facils and participants, as well as handling all creative tasks required of teams before EngFrosh (theme, logo, Heads Idol performance, etc). Applicants for Heads positions should be team players with strong communication skills and a good attitude for collaboration with their peers.

Please ensure all applicants in your team read the information below before applying.

Application Process

Within the application form, there are four sections. The first three sections are to be filled to represent each individual team member, with the first listed being the one who will receive email confirmations. The fourth section consists of questions to be answered collaboratively by all applying members of the team.

Heads Day

After applications are reviewed, selected candidates will be invited to a daylong event on campus called Heads Day, where prospective Heads teams compete at team building style challenges which will be used to evaluate the team’s teamwork and problem solving skills. More details will be sent out by January 25. Your teams’ Heads Day performance will be taken into consideration in the application process.

Important Dates

Heads Day: February 1, 2025

EngFrosh 1010: March 22, 2025

EngFrosh 2025: August 31 to September 7, 2025

Residence Move-Ins* and In-Person Training*: Will be last week of August 2025

There will be other dates added throughout the spring and summer for meetings and mandatory training. *Residence Move-Ins and In-Person Training to be confirmed by July.

Please note that all students involved with EngFrosh must currently be in Good Academic Standing and receive Eligible to Continue during the June 2025 Academic Continuation Evaluation (as defined by the Undergraduate Calendar). Failure to achieve good standing will result in your removal from EngFrosh by the Faculty; there will be no exceptions.
