EngFrosh Volunteer Contract
Thank you for signing up to volunteer for EngFrosh! The program could not succeed without the continuous support of volunteers like yourself. As you begin your role with EngFrosh, you will be working with and alongside your team members to help prepare us for the best 2% of the year! To help cultivate a safe and inclusive environment, all volunteers are asked to review and the sign our EngFrosh Volunteer Contract found below.

As a reminder, your role with EngFrosh is conditional on the following…
- Be a returning undergraduate student for the 2026 fall term;
- Be in Good Academic Standing as defined in the Carleton University Undergraduate Calendar;
- Receive an ACE decision of Eligible to Continue (EC) through the duration of the role;
- Pass a Judicial Review through the Office of Student Affairs;
- Submit a Vulnerable Sector Check (sometimes referred to as a Police Background Check) before EngFrosh begins in September.
Volunteers who do not meet any of the criteria listed above will be contacted directly by the Student Experience Office and be removed from the program.
Please upload a signed copy of the Volunteer Contract using the form below. The deadline to submit your Volunteer Contract is Friday May 1st at 11:59 PM. Volunteers who do not upload a signed copy by that date, will be removed from the program.
