I completed my Masters thesis on the socialization of women in engineering school and how the organizational culture of engineering could affect women’s underrepresentation in the field.
I am currently pursuing a PhD in Management at the Sprott School of Business with a focus on organizational behaviour, work culture, and in particular, gender and work.
Something I loved about the program
The Women’s and Gender Studies department is a wonderfully inclusive environment with incredible instructors and administrative staff who go the extra mile for their students. I loved my Masters in Women’s and Gender Studies because it pushed me outside of my comfort zone, taught me to think critically, and helped me develop my writing and research skills to a degree that I did not know I was capable of.
