Environment Technology Program students from the Nunavut Artic College were welcomed by Carleton University for a custom tour of the CU campus. They were greeted in Inuktitut by Inuit student support Franco Buscemi. Highlights include playing with the research ‘toys’ in the geography department, conducting a mapping lab, meeting other Inuit students in DGES programs, and hanging out in the beautiful Indigenous student space.
Thanks to Murray Richardson for organizing the department tour, and Eric Corneau and Emma Renda from Sivummut Solutions for connecting us to CU!
