Dr Sonya Lipsett-Rivera will be delivering the keynote address for the Seminar on Forms of Conciliation and Mechanisms of Conflict Resolution in Hispanic American, 18th to 19th centuries, in Santiago, Chile at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica.
