course promotion poster with old map of CanadaThis summer the History Department will be offering HIST 4303A: Maps & Mapping in Canadian History. Running over the early summer term (May-June), this course will explore how ways of knowing space were given cultural expression while others were marginalized, ignored, or even silenced. Offered twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, this course is a great option for History majors/minors and similar majors as the small class size offers lots of engagement opportunities with the instructor and fellow students.

Registration for this course is currently open through Carleton Central. If you run into any trouble registering, please contact our Undergraduate Administrator, Tanya Schwartz.
