Faculty Teaching Preferences for 2025-2026

Please use this form to indicate your teaching preferences for the next academic year.

This form includes fields to capture Special Timetable Arrangements that need to apply to ALL of your courses. This includes medical needs, child care arrangements, administrative duties, etc.

Please note that you will be emailed a copy of your form submission for your records once submitted. Please make sure that you have received a confirmation email before closing this web form as it will not submit unless all required fields are filled out.
