IPIS Student Maria Ovcharenko Awarded National Youth Leadership Award by the Ukrainian Canadian Congress
IPIS is proud to congratulate Maria Ovcharenko, recipient of the Ukrainian Canadian Youth Leadership Award for her outstanding leadership and meaningful contributions to the Ukrainian community and to Canada.
This year’s Congress brought together over 400 delegates from across the country, with participants noting the strong engagement across workshops and plenaries. The event featured several distinguished speakers, including Hon. David McGuinty, Hon. Chrystia Freeland, Hon. Anita Anand, Ambassador Andrii Plakhotniuk, and Nobel Laureate Oleksandra Matviichuk.
Maria’s achievement reflects the strength and impact of emerging Ukrainian Canadian leaders, and IPIS is delighted to celebrate her success.
