Student Accounts Receivable is a unit within Financial Services responsible for responding to student inquiries on the payment of fees.

As Carleton University continues to follow our safe meetings and social distancing guidelines, Student Accounts Receivable has transitioned to providing services remotely during our regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday). The best way to connect with us is by email at student_accounts@carleton.ca. We make every effort to reply within two business days however during busy periods and for certain requests, additional time may be required.
