Fee Assessment

The assessment of fees is a preliminary estimate only and may be subject to adjustment upon review should it be determined that the assessment given is not correct. This may result in fees being reassessed after the payment due date. Check your Student Account regularly for any changes in fee assessment.

Tuition fees are subjected to increase annually.

Undergraduate Student Fee Notes

  • Students re-registering in an Honours paper or thesis may be assessed fees equivalent to half the normal billing hours for that course.
  • The Co-op Work Term charge is a charge for program costs associated with cooperative education. The Work Term charge does not include any compulsory miscellaneous fees.
  • International Fee Exemption — Visiting undergraduate students who believe that they qualify for exemption from international fees must submit appropriate documentation in person, during regular office hours, and prior to registration, to:
  • The omnibus fee paid at registration eliminates individual charges for requests for transcripts, certificates of enrolment, internal degree transfers, duplicate tax receipts, and convocation.
  • A senior citizen is any person 60 years of age and over as of the last day for late registration.
  • The cost of auditing a course is the same as the cost of taking a course for credit.
