Guided Snowshoe Hikes in Gatineau Park

The National Capital Commission (NCC) invites you to participate in a guided snowshoe hike. Come learn how Gatineau Park’s animals adapt to winter conditions and discover a winter sport that’s fun for everyone! You will experience the wonders of nature first-hand, and learn about environmentally respectful activities in this conservation park located so close to your new home in the region.

TO FULLY ENJOY THIS WINTERTIME ACTIVITY, PARTICIPANTS ARE ADVISED TO DRESS WARMLY. Please check weather forecast before the event.

  1. Warm Hat
  2. Warm Gloves or Mittens
  3. Scarf (if preferred)
  4. Long warm coat or winter jacket with snow pants
  5. And warm Winter boots

NCC will provide shuttle to ferry students right here at the University Campus. Exact pick up location will be updated once we have the confirmation from NCC. There is a cap of 35 people max per trip so its base on first come first serve.
