Student Testimonials
- Campus Life
-
“LMU has an exchange office which have the answer to just about anything you can ever need. There are also a number of student groups available, the largest is the Erasmus student network (ESN), they organize a number of trips and events for students to meet and travel together. There are also other groups which you often see advertised on posters and usually are a large WhatsApp chat which advertises a variety of social events on campus.” – Full Year 2022/2023, Bachelor of International Business

“I was able to secure student housing for the duration of my stay in Germany, it is a great option, cheap, and there are lots of events among the different student housing areas, it’s a lot of fun to live there.” – Full Year 2022/2023, Bachelor of International Business
- Setting Up Phone and Bank Account
-
“I was able to set up my bank account with the Stadtsparkasse bank in Munich entirely online, all important documents and cards came through the mail, I had to do a video chat to verify my identity with my passport, but other than that it was quite easy. In terms of SIM cards, just go with a pay as you go card from any of the grocery store chains, I used AldiTalk for the entire time I was here, and it was priced cheap and worked well everywhere” – Full Year 2022/2023, Bachelor of International Business
- Travel Tips
