Connect with a peer to address your concerns about student life in Canada. Peers are upper year students available to support you, as you learn to navigate the culture, services, and social elements of your new home in Ottawa and Carleton University.
First Year Connections (FYC) (Fall-term Only)
First year undergraduate international students can request a FYC Mentor for support during their first few weeks at Carleton. A FYC Mentor can help you adjust to your new surroundings, become connected to the campus, and focus on your academic success and personal growth. More details on this program can be found here.
The Mentorship Network (offered through the Student Experience Office)
This program connect Peer Mentors and Mentees across the Carleton campus through mentoring relationships. You can find more information on this program here.
