Note: No in-person meetings are available on February 5, 6, 7, 10, 12 or 13. Carleton University is closed on Monday, February 17. Meetings are offered mornings, Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. In-person options are limited. Please provide at least three (3) times when you are available to meet with the advisor in the next week. We will do our best to accommodate your choices. An advisor will send confirmation by email. If you select times outside the times above, you will be asked to return to this request form. Please note that meetings are not offered to prospective or newly admitted students, who are invited to contact the advisors by email: immigration.advising@carleton.ca. The ISSO's hours of operation are 8:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
