Meeting minutes are an essential part of university governance, operations and accountability as well as serving as a vital historical record for Carleton. This workshop will cover key aspects of effective minute creation, including:

• Purpose, preparation, format and content of minutes.
• Duty to document
• Tools and techniques to improving quality, efficiency, and reliability of minutes
• Distribution and follow-up of minutes
