The Office of Quality Initiatives and Human Resources are pleased to co-host a mixture of in-person and virtual Management Morning sessions for managers at Carleton University. The overall aim of this series is to provide space for managers to gather in real-time to learn from one another by sharing insights, promising practices, discussing relevant management topics, and considering ways of overcoming shared challenges.

The March 2025 session will take place on March 19th from 9:00am to 10:30am in Dunton Tower Room 2017 and will focused on Performance Management.

Description

This interactive session is designed to gather valuable insights and feedback from non-union managers across the university to help shape a performance management framework for non-union staff at Carleton.

Key Discussion Points:

• What does performance management look like for you right now?
• What would you like to see happen in the future?
• How can we get there, and what sorts of supports would help?
