This workshop is designed to equip university faculty and staff members with essential skills for navigating social media crises effectively. Led by Carleton’s Department of University Communications, you’ll learn to secure social accounts, identify crises, apply crisis communication rules, understand social media’s role, develop crisis plans, and monitor and report social media events. Walk away prepared to protect your university’s reputation in the digital age.
